Caleb Medley is an aspiring comedian who was shot in the eye on the night of July 20th and has been in a medically induced coma since the incident. His wife Katie gave birth to their first son, Hugo, a few days later in the same hospital where Caleb is in the Intensive Care unit. Caleb has undergone 3 surgeries to remove his eye and some brain tissue, and his wife reports that he seems to responding to her presence although he remains in a coma. Caleb is uninsured, and funds are being raised for his medical expenses
