EPA Considers Action to Ban Diesel Fracking


The EPA, until August 23rd, is welcoming comment on their guidance to states and regional offices over how to regulate the use of diesel fuel in hydraulic fracturing (fracking) fluids. 

Several organizations have organized online petitions to tell the EPA to ban the use of diesel in fracking operations, including Environment America and Earthworks.
