Help Us Keep the Lights On...
GoodSpeaks connects issues in the news to actions and media from causes, nonprofits, and NGOs. We keep you up to date on cause-related actions and events, build playlists of media that show how nonprofits and NGOs are responding to important issues, and we show you what actions you can take to change the story. We also feature video-making how-to's and other resources for nonprofits.
Spread the Word
Based in the Washington, DC area, GoodSpeaks is an ever-evolving, open-source project of the 501(c)3 organization SpaceforGood. We gladly accept donations.
All GoodSpeaks writers, curators, and editors are volunteers. Meet our contributors, and apply to join us by sending us an email with your resume, writing sample, and a few words about the causes and issues you care about.
Give us a heads up about a cause-related action, an inspiring video, a cool event, or some other good thing that inspires you.
Sponsors help keep GoodSpeaks.org alive. Sponsors are invited to feature their own news event or media in a special section of our website or on the weekly and monthly news outlook that we send to news organizations, publishers, nonprofit organizations/NGOs, and companies.
We promise not to allow this policy to interfere with our mission to collect and distribute important nonprofit news events, relevant actions and engaging cause-related media. We will keep a strict separation between sponsored media and our aggregated nonprofit content, and wherever sponsored media appears it will be clearly labeled.
Contact us if your business or nonprofit organization would like to sponsor GoodSpeaks and feature your organization's event or media.
